Victoria Gold:
Building a Mining Company Focused on the Yukon

Operations at the Eagle Gold Mine are temporarily suspended while the site operations team along with management continue to assess the Heap Leach Pad situation and gather information. There have been no injuries to personnel associated with the incident.

The majority of on-site infrastructure was not affected by the HLF incident. The Eagle open pit, associated mining infrastructure and mobile equipment, primary crusher, secondary and tertiary crushers, main overland conveyor, ADR plant, lined water containment ponds, water treatment plant, warehouse facilities, and camp and office complex were unaffected by the incident. Based on observations to date, on-site infrastructure on or near the Heap Leach Facility (HLF) that has been impacted includes the HLF embankment, piping, pumping, liner, two short lengths of fixed conveyors, as well as a small amount of electrical infrastructure.

Victoria’s focus continues to be on the safety of its employees and mitigation of harm to the environment. As previously reported, the Company has and will continue to liaise with the Government of Yukon, the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun (“FNNND”), the Village of Mayo, the Yukon Workers’ Safety and Compensation Board and other regulatory authorities.

The Company will provide further information as it becomes available.

Victoria Gold – Building a Mining Company Focused on the Yukon

Victoria Gold (“VGCX”) is Building a Mining Company Focused on the Yukon. The Company’s core holding is the 100% owned Dublin Gulch property in central Yukon, approximately 375 kilometers north of the capital city of Whitehorse. Dublin Gulch is home to the Eagle Gold Mine - the largest gold mine in Yukon history. As at December 31, 2023, and adjusting for mining depletion through this date, the Eagle and Olive deposits include proven and probable reserves of 2.3 million ounces of gold (114 m tonnes grading 0.63 g/t). The long-life Eagle Gold Mine has high likelihood for further mine life extension at depth and along strike. Exploration potential across the greater Dublin Gulch property is excellent and includes priority targets Raven and Lynx among others. Victoria Gold also holds a suite of other impressive development and exploration properties in Yukon including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek.
